Each participant must read and accept these game rules in order to participate.
The following game rules for this competition (house raffle) apply to all listed offers and all participants

The prize is the house ("Ferienhaus" / TinyHouse / "Object") as described on the web and shown at: Am Badesee, Weg T, #29, D-29392 Wesendorf, Germany. (This address is NOT a postal address for participants. Visits without consultation are not possible)
04. Participation
Participation in the competition is only possible for a small fee per ticket. The contestant must answer a simple winning question (“puzzle”) that takes into account the contestant's ability or knowledge. Only correctly answered questions take part in the draw.
05. Who can participate?
Participation is open WORLDWIDE to anyone over the age of 18.
Minors ( under 18 years )may participate if
A) no more than 1 single ticket is paid for, or
B) Parents (legal guardians) do not prohibit higher amounts.
The organizer or the property owner may request parental consent at any time.

End: OPEN END until all lots (tickets) have been awarded or at the latest in 365 days from the start.

09. Registration (USER-ID) / payment of credit
Registration on the RAFFALL lottery platform is required to receive a USER ID. The USER ID is used to securely allocate paid credit and lots ("tickets") and to determine the winner. Any number of tickets ("tickets") can be ordered at any time with the USER-ID.

10. When does the raffle take place?
The raffle will take place immediately after RAFFALL has assigned the last ticket number.
11. How is the lottery drawn?
The winner will be randomly determined by RAFFALL.
The raffle (property owner) has no influence on the draw.
12. Message Announcement / Prize Collection
The participant must ensure that he has access to his email (note the SPAM folder). Communication is via email only.

The winner will be published on RAFFALL and on this web. The participant is required to pay attention to the raffle himself and to collect his prize within 14 days, otherwise the claim will be forfeited.
The item owner will only receive the proceeds after all tickets have been sold and the winner has confirmed receipt of the prize by "Pickup" online. The winner undertakes to release the payment immediately when the prize is handed over (in consultation with the property owner).
13. Cancellation
Basically, with the OPEN-END principle, there is no reason for premature termination because the object owner wants to achieve a minimum goal.
Exceptions:
"Force majeure", e.g. arbitrary influence on the event, against the object, against the owner, organizer, natural disasters that lead to severe damage and unusability of the object or to the inability of the owner or organizer to act, or if the object is sold elsewhere. The right to other sales outside of the raffle remains reserved at all times.
In the event of a cancellation, RAFFALL will raffle off 75% of the stakes as a cash prize among the participants. 25% remain with RAFFALL (of which 10% go to affiliate participants for AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS, which are guaranteed in any case).
The object owner receives nothing if the object is canceled.

Bank fees, credit card fees, Paypal fees and currency conversions must be paid by the participant.

15. Prize Delivery
The prize will be overwritten in individual consultation between the winner and the property owner. A power of attorney from the winner for the object owner to transfer the object to the winner is possible if the winner cannot travel personally.
The winner can (with the help of the object owner) resell his prize as he wishes, for example because he cannot/do not want to travel from abroad.
15. Miscellaneous
The allocation of a ticket number (“ticket”) does not represent a promise of winning just because the participant is in possession of a ticket. It will only be raffled among the participants with the correct solution.
The organizer / object owner reserves the right to make errors and corrections to adapt the conditions of participation in the interest of all parties at any time without separate notification.
