The housestarted building in 2016/17 and has approx.60 sqm. It stands on solidConcrete foundation (about 30 cm thick)  in a forest settlement with many other wooden houses, some of which are worth well over €100,000. 

The house isfully developed(Electricity / water / sewage / paths for mail, ambulance, etc.) and winterized.Gas with 33kg bottles andGas flow heater for showering, washing dishes, etc. If you want, you can retrofit a large gas tank. 

The house becomes another self-assemblyleave. The winner thus has all the creative options for personal decoration. It is"officially" not furnished, because everyone wants to bring their own bed (table,Sofa, bed, new mattress and various things are withoutleave a commitment).

"Tiny houses" or "Swedish wooden houses" are increasingly popular and land is limited. Similar housesser will be with only 30-40 sqm(323 ft²) from €80,000 - €150,000 and more offered, often in addition to the property price (look here)It is probably not cheaper to live in Germany.

Why am I offering the house?

Some ask why I'm selling. To be honest, I've never really moved in because I had other plans from the start. I started building the house with a friend in 2016/2017 out of "thirst for adventure" to build a super favorable starting pointclose to Hanover Airport to travel to the sun in winter - without paying expensive rent for unused time...

 

My friend had to go back to his home town for work and I was suddenly alone. I don't have time, creativity and motivation. Also for health reasons I end the project.

Since 2019 I am also the father of a pretty princess. My daughter lives 1300km away in Poland and I want to go to her. 

The house no longer fits into my plans. It was a very valuable experience. I learned a lot about building wooden houses, working with wood, etc. You get a higher awareness of nature in the forest and you can reduce yourself to a minimum (if you want). But I define "need" and filter what is REALLY "important". And that's just my family - and seeing my kid happy. I hope the successor will finish the house tastefully.

handover to the winner

The delivery to the winner is not subject to any "state" regulation. No Notary/lawyer required!  A simple sales contract (such as a car) and a new lease contract take 5 minutes and can be regulated with a power of attorney. Moving in is possible within a period of 3 months, possibly even immediately (this depends on the preparation required for the move and the season, since the end of the raffle is undetermined).

International participants

If you can't come yourself or don't want to live here because you live in a distant country -no problem! Everything can be discussed flexibly, even a sale, a settlement or a YouTube video project for designers. Everything is conceivable....
